Returns
Because each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to help. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or repair.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Forward your order confirmation email to info@studio-bok.com, indicating which items are affected and including a short description of the issue.
- Send the items back to us. Once we receive and inspect them, we’ll process your request as soon as possible.
- We'll refund return shipping as store credit. Please provide your shipping receipt and tracking number when sending the item.
Repair Servies
We offer a complimentary 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If anything happens within that period, we'll repair it free of charge. Repairs are still available after the warranty ends, with applicable repair costs.
