Returns & Repair

As all our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if the maker is at fault or the item arrives damaged, a return will be accepted. Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. If a refund is required, we offer store credit of equal value.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Forward your order confirmation email to info@studio-bok.com specifying the products you wish to return along with a brief explanation.
  2. Once you receive the return shipping label via email, print it and attach it to the original packaging.
  3. Send the items back to us, and we will inspect your returns and process it asap. 

 

Repair Servies

If your jewellery is broken and you have all the components, we can repair it for you —only requiring you to cover the shipping costs. 

If replacement parts are needed, the fee will vary based on the materials plus shipping costs. Please email us at info@studio-bok.com with pictures for assessment.
