All our jewels are handmade in Auckland, New Zealand and processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.

 

• Standard courier delivery takes approximately 2–4 business days within New Zealand. Rural delivery times depend on your local courier. 

• Standard International Shipping takes 7–14 days. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services in your country.

• A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

- Australia: $15 (4-10 days)

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your order is delayed, please check the tracking link before contacting us.

• Once the package has left our hands, we no longer have control over it. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company directly. After reaching out to the courier, we can assist you in filing a claim.
